Egalitarian Traditional Services

Traditional services, similar to those found in a Conservative synagogue, are offered on many Shabbatot, as well as on Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidrei, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Shavuot, Purim and Passover.

Traditional services are organized by the Egalitarian Traditional Minyan. Services are lay led, egalitarian and are followed by a full kiddush lunch. The Egalitarian Traditional Minyan welcomes – and even helps to train – people to chant Torah, Haftorah, lead a portion of service and present a D’var Torah or Drosh.

A list of services can be found on our calendar web page. The Egalitarian Traditional Minyan also arranges services for those wishing to observe a Yahrzeit or other occasions.

We always appreciate your comments, your questions, and your presence at minyan services. Please contact stoffice@sinaitemplecu.org if you need further information.

Each service is offered online via Zoom.  To join the service, please click here: Service Links.  Note that our services require passwords.  For security purposes we do not list the passwords online; please contact the Temple office if you require a password.
